1. Introduction

• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from the Player's payment method to their pnl77 Account.

• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account balance to their designated payment method.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Participation in pnl77 services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your country, state, or province of residence.

• You are accessing pnl77 services on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement with pnl77.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities or registered with any gambling exclusion program.

pnl77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Any person under the age of 21 who creates an Account or attempts to use pnl77 services will have their Account permanently closed, deposits confiscated, and may face legal consequences.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access pnl77 gaming services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Each Player is permitted to register only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify pnl77 of any unauthorized access or security breach. pnl77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 Account Verification

pnl77 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Payment method verification (photo of credit/debit card, e-wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposit Methods

pnl77 accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods displayed in the cashier section. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. Limits may be decreased immediately at any time.

5.3 Payment Method Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pnl77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership and may reverse deposits made from non-verified sources.

5.4 Fees and Charges

pnl77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees. It is your responsibility to understand and accept any fees charged by third parties.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawals to e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1-5 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your Account verification level and VIP status. Standard Accounts may withdraw up to ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per month. VIP Players enjoy higher limits as specified in their VIP agreement.

6.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, pnl77 requires full Account verification including identity confirmation, address verification, and payment method ownership verification. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals or suspicious activity patterns. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until all verification requirements are satisfied.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If withdrawal to the original method is not feasible, pnl77 may require additional documentation before approving withdrawal to an alternative method.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7.1 Bonus Terms

pnl77 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

7.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

pnl77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, collaborating with other Players to manipulate bonuses, or any other activity deemed abusive at pnl77's sole discretion.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

While wagering bonus funds, Players are typically restricted to a maximum bet amount of ₱100 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

8. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on pnl77 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real-time. Game results are final and cannot be altered once determined. In the rare event of a technical error, pnl77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

8.2 Game Rules

Each game available on pnl77 has specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing wagers. pnl77 is not liable for losses resulting from Player misunderstanding of game rules.

8.3 Disconnections

In the event of disconnection during active gameplay, your game session will be saved and remain available when you reconnect. If disconnection occurs during a live dealer game, standard house rules apply, and hands will be completed according to optimal strategy or automatically folded as appropriate.

8.4 Irregular Play

Activities such as coordinated betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy aimed at guaranteed profits rather than entertainment are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and fund confiscation.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or receive promotional materials. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits, losses, or wagering amounts through your Account settings. These limits help prevent excessive gambling and are an important responsible gaming tool.

pnl77 provides optional reality check notifications that remind you of the duration of your gaming session at intervals you specify.

10. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pnl77 and may result in immediate Account closure, fund confiscation, and legal action:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or payment disputes
• Colluding with other Players or sharing game information
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place wagers
• Exploiting software errors or game malfunctions for profit
• Money laundering or using pnl77 for illicit fund transfers
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other Players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access restricted areas of the platform
• Any activity deemed by pnl77 to be against the spirit of fair play

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification of your identity and completion of any pending bonus wagering requirements.

11.2 pnl77-Initiated Closure

pnl77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, irregular play patterns, or if we determine that your continued use of the Services poses a risk to pnl77 or other Players. In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms, pnl77 may confiscate Account balances.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. After 24 months of inactivity, pnl77 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

12.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pnl77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of pnl77 services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

12.2 Service Availability

While pnl77 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12.3 Third-Party Services

pnl77 utilizes third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service partners. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to these third parties. Your recourse for third-party service issues may be limited to the policies of those providers.

12.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pnl77, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of pnl77 services.

13. Disputes, Governing Law, and Contact Information

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of pnl77 services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pnl77 is licensed to operate. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
